Katie S. Conover, PMP, is an experienced analyst and implementation consultant with a strong background in process improvement, technical training, and project management across the pharmacy, healthcare, and federal sectors. With a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and optimize business systems, she delivers solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and user adoption.
As Director of Projects at RemedyBiz, Inc., Katie supports clients by driving system enhancements, facilitating change management activities, developing documentation, and ensuring successful project delivery. She plays a key role in improving business processes and supporting system implementations through testing, stakeholder coordination, and strategic planning.
Previously, as Manager of Digital Pharmacy Solutions at CoverMyMeds, she developed the implementation framework for a Pharmacy-as-a-Service (PaaS) software product and led the team responsible for deploying the solution to clients. She also established structured documentation standards, change control processes, and secure file-sharing protocols in partnership with legal and compliance teams.
Katie brings deep experience in pharmacy software implementation from her tenure at McKesson Pharmacy Systems, where she provided business consulting and system configuration for major retail and outpatient pharmacies using EnterpriseRx. She improved internal product documentation systems to promote knowledge retention and collaboration across teams.

Across these roles, she consistently bridged the gap between users, technical teams, and organizational leadership to ensure smooth system adoption.
Katie holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business & Management and Communications from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is proficient in tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, EnterpriseRx, PRISM, and the Adobe e-Learning Suite.
With a strong foundation in training development, project leadership, and process optimization, Katie specializes in transforming complex systems into intuitive and efficient workflows.
