Procurement System Upgrade

RemedyBiz led a highly successful enterprise upgrade and enhancement effort for our customer, delivering a seamless transition to the PRISM 7.4.11 platform alongside mission critical Purchase Card (PCARD) reconciliation improvements. Leveraging deep expertise in business transformation and federal technology environments, we worked closely with technical and functional leadership to modernize legacy processes while ensuring zero disruption to ongoing operations. Our team performed a detailed analysis of existing procurement, reconciliation, and reporting workflows, enabling us to design an optimized upgrade path that aligned with regulatory mandates—including preparations for new federal UEI requirements—while reducing operational risk for more than 2,000 users across the enterprise.


As part of the transformation, RemedyBiz introduced enhanced line level invoice matching capabilities long requested by the PCARD community, dramatically improving accuracy and reducing manual effort. At go live, users immediately benefited from eliminating recurring form generation errors and outdated workarounds, with postimplementation results showing complete resolution of previously high volume helpdesk tickets. During the first reporting period alone, 182 line items across 81 orders were successfully reconciled using the new multi-line matching capabilities, demonstrating rapid adoption and clear value to the customer’s financial oversight teams. Throughout stabilization, our team proactively collaborated with the software vendor to drive timely fixes and ensure a smooth operational handoff.
